The SpringboardTrust is about increased educational outcomes & social impact through improved strategic leadership in Auckland schools.
It is currently responsible for delivering a bespoke “Strategic Leadership Programme for Principals” focused on strategic planning & capacity building professional development for Principals.
The programme comprises a series of 6 workshops with the goal to build leadership & management capacity, increase effectiveness and efficiency. Capacity building partners include McKinsey, Russell McVeagh, Telecom and ASB Bank with a growing pool of engaged talent.
